Design and Drafting

Our in house drafting and design team produces top quality, professional plans, elevations and 3D conceptual drawings. This capability means that MBS can ensure that your project has every fine detail covered.

Our dedicated team of designers have produced superb designs for numerous projects including: Ablutions & Amenity Blocks, Telecommunication shelters, Switch Rooms, Classrooms & learning spaces for schools & colleges, "green" buildings, & bullet proof ticket booths. Designs have featured: lined walls, raked ceilings, two storey buildings and many special purpose designs.

Modular Building Systems will not only assess your needs, but will cover the entire project from design co-ordination to the final delivery of your modular building.

Manufacturing

MBS runs one of the newest & fastest modern factory in the industry. Our qualified teams of assemblers, and welders work with the metalwork technology, manufacturing new buildings in both steel frame and insulated panel. In keeping with our philosophy of 'do it right the first time', quality control is a top priority - with hold points and signed written approval procedures in place.

Transport and Installation

When it comes to transport and installation we have the most experienced team in Australia. We are familiar with just about every site and condition possible!! For your added peace of mind, MBS carries full insurance including transport insurance.

Resources

Our site facilities mean that we have the resources to complete even the largest project on time. MBS has two sites established in Sydney, and a sales site in Newcastle. The Girraween site in Sydney has a total area of 8000m2 and employs a large team of trained and experienced assemblers dedicated to the manufacturing of portable buildings. We also have the top teams of specialist contractors as partners on call as needed.

The Rouse Hill Sydney site has over 18 000m2 (200m2 factory, 150m2 Office and 17,650m2 storage and parking facilities). With this infrastructure, absolutely no job is too big. And for us, unpredictable weather does not create delays!
